The Red King Crab can grow quite large with a shell that expands up to 12 inches in diameter and legs that grow up to 5 feet in length. Due to their large bodies and delicious meat, they are praised at the top of the crab fishing industry. Process: The Red King Crab is caught wild and frozen at sea. Once it is brought on deck, the processing cycle begins. The legs and claws are separated from the head. The product is then boiled at a specific temperature to destroy all possible contaminants. Once the cooking is completed, the Red King crab is frozen with a minimal amount of glaze to lock in the meats flavor. The crab is then wrapped in plastic and fitted into 20lb box. These steps ensure that after consumers purchase our product it is ready to be unfrozen and consumed at home.

Gold King Crab

Golden King Crab about: Golden King Crab is the smallest of the three King Crab species. They are gold and orange in color and averaging in weight from 4–8 lb. The crab has a fan like shaped shell and five pairs of legs, which carry the small claw and broiler claw. Snow Crab

Snow Crab about: Snow crab is recognized by its spider-like physical appearance. They have round shells and slim legs. As this particular species grows older, their shells start to change color and turn from a bright red to a dull yellow. The Snow crab’s shell can also grow up to fifteen centimeters in size, with males growing almost twice the size of the females. Snow crab meat even though not as highly valued as the King Crab, has a great light and sugary taste.
